- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- ½ oz heavy cream or half-and-half
- Dash of ground cinnamon

- Cinnamon sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Mix together the RumChata or Bailey’s, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, heavy cream, and ground cinnamon in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Notes
For a lighter version, use lower-fat milk instead of heavy cream. You can also swap coffee liqueur for espresso vodka for a stronger coffee flavor.
